De Bijenkorf

Dutch department store De Bijenkorf – part of the Selfridges Group since 2011 – commissioned us to collaborate on shaping the brand’s future vision and renovating landmark stores in Amsterdam and Rotterdam. Drawing on the store’s rich cultural legacy, the strategy focussed on transforming the store environments into retail palaces where commerce and culture meet. Our role has extended from writing the future vision to shaping the design strategy and selecting architects and designers.
